Many jewelry brands include jewelry boxes, care cards, return instructions, decorative ribbons, and protective foam in every package—whether customers need them or not. However, studies show that around 80% of buyers discard these items shortly after unboxing, often without considering where they end up.

At LAMANT, reducing unnecessary packaging and avoiding non-sustainable materials has always been a key priority.

We believe that less waste doesn’t mean less luxury—every detail matters, and sustainability starts with conscious choices.

Our jewelry boxes, pouches, and cards are designed with space efficiency in mind, minimizing material use without compromising functionality. We strive to reduce packaging to its essentials—avoiding unnecessary layers, such as placing one box inside another.

For orders without gift notes, we fit 1–3 pieces of jewelry into a single LAMANT linen pouch without separating them, further reducing waste while keeping your pieces protected.

While airtight packaging helps extend the longevity of jewelry, completely avoiding plastic is challenging. However, we are committed to making sustainable choices wherever possible.

We collaborate with eco-conscious packaging companies to use PLA (Polylactic Acid) biodegradable material for our sealable bags. PLA is derived from renewable resources such as cornstarch and sugarcane, making it fully compostable and a better alternative to traditional plastics.

For our shipping boxes, jewelry boxes, and cards, we use 100% biodegradable, renewable, and recyclable wood pulp paper. From minimizing our footprint to using recycled sterling silver and fully recyclable packaging, every step we take brings us closer to a more sustainable future.

One can save trees, together we can save forests. We are aware we have a long way to go, and many steps to take to become a better version of ourselves, but it is a journey we have decided to embark on and we're counting on you to join us along the way.
